Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of 1UP Guard™ sweat solution with a simple, transparent policy designed to give you confidence and ensure product integrity.

The policy differs based on the product purchased to honor our commitment to hygiene and quality.

1. The Discovery Kit: Satisfaction Guarantee

The Discovery Kit (2-pack, mixed sizes) is designed for new customers to confirm the product's fit and experience with no financial risk.

  • If you are not satisfied for any reason after trying a patch from your Discovery Kit, you must contact us and initiate a return within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.
  • We will issue a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.
  • No return of the patches is required. This saves you time and costs, and allows us to stand firmly behind our guarantee.

2. Moment Kit & Reserve Kit: Hygiene and Safety Policy

The Moment Kit (4-pack) and Reserve Kit (10-pack) are sealed for your protection and intended for customers ready to commit to a full supply after trying the Discovery Kit.

For hygiene and safety, we must adhere to a strict unopened policy for all bulk kits.

  • The kit is eligible for return only if the outer, vacuum- and heat-sealed foil pouch is completely intact and unopened, with no signs of the tear notch being used or the seal broken.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.
  • We will issue a refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of the prepaid return shipping label, upon successful inspection of the unopened kit.
  • Return Shipping: To make the process easy for you, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of this return label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • We cannot accept returns on any kit where the outer seal has been broken, regardless of how many individual cold-sealed pouches remain inside.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong items due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly and accurately, we ask that you provide:

  • A description of the issue (what's damaged, defective, or incorrect);
  • Clear photographs of the affected item(s) and, where relevant, the outer packaging and shipping label; and
  • Your order number.

Once we've reviewed the information provided and confirmed the issue, we will send a replacement at no charge to you or issue a full refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs. We may ask for additional information, or for the item to be returned, if needed to resolve the claim. Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Need a different size?

Unopened Moment Kits and Reserve Kits can be returned for a refund under Section 2 (outer vacuum-seal must be completely unbroken). Simply return your unopened kit for a refund, then place a new order for the size you'd like.
Because the Discovery Kit features mixed sizes and a satisfaction guarantee, size questions on the Discovery Kit are handled under Section 1.

5. Processing Times

Once your return or refund request is approved:

  • We will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days of approving the claim or inspecting the returned kit. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to post to your original method of payment, depending on your bank.
