Shipping policy
Fulfillment and Processing
Our aim is to process all 1UP Guard™ orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders received after 2:00 PM Central Time will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Services
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. These rates are determined by the United States Postal Service.
We currently offer three service tiers via the United States Postal Service (USPS):
- USPS Ground Advantage (standard economy)
- USPS Priority Mail (expedited 2–3 days)
- USPS Priority Mail Express (urgent 1–2 days)
Delivery Expectations and Liability
Please take into account weekends and holidays when considering the total delivery timeframe. While we make every effort to ship your order within the stated 1–3 business day processing time, we are not responsible for delays in transit once the package has been handed to the United States Postal Service. USPS delivery estimates (e.g., 2–3 days for Priority Mail) reflect transit time only and begin once your order has been handed to USPS — they do not include our 1–3 business day processing time.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow your package through to delivery.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates it may be lost, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the actual or estimated delivery date. For damaged items, our Returns & Refund Policy explains what to include (photos and your order number) and how we'll resolve it. For lost shipments, we'll work with you and, where applicable, file a claim with the carrier.
