Such a great product! It absorbs a ton of moisture! I had to remove 1 star because the paper covering the adhesive side is extremely difficult to remove (no matter how slow you peel, whether you make the recommended cuts or not, or the direction you peel it. I’ve tried everything). The one flaw with these is the silicone adhesive is so delicate, and the paper covering does not pull off of it easily, so when the paper backing is removed it stretches and wants to roll inward on itself. It’s impossible to un-stick after it has rolled and stuck to itself so that section of the patch is not sticking to your skin as well as the rest. I usually lose half my patch this way because once an area is loose the rest comes off pretty quickly and just flops around. :-)
